• Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly exchange it.

• Incorrect Customization: If the information on your item does not match the details provided at the time of purchase due to an error on our part, we will correct it and issue an exchange.

Important Details:

• To request an exchange, you must provide clear photos of the damage or incorrect customization. These must be submitted to us within 7 days of receiving your item.

• Once your exchange request is approved, we will send your replacement item within 3 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any errors in customization resulting from incorrect details provided at the time of ordering. Please double-check all information before confirming your purchase.
